Lets say this dude has some really weak armament haki and really isn't all that strong in the first place. Like if Usopp had armament haki. Would Zoro need haki to cut him or would his tremendous strength just overwhelm Usopp?
Hmmmm, a draw possibly? Because one cancels out the other? Although on the point of the question is there a certain level of haki required to be able to use armament? If so then possibly zoro would need to use haki to cut him if the required haki level is high.
Yeah I would assume the ratio of strength to haki would be fairly high but Im just wondering. We have seen people block sharp attacks with haki but I wonder if someone like Zoro went up against someone like Monet but they used haki if it would make a difference. Maybe its possible but the level of strength needed is ridiculous.
@ASL I looked in the wiki, and was reminded that Luffy managed to hurt Boa Sandersonia despite her haki with Gear 2 attacks, so excessive force does indeed overcome Haki.
I don't know about the Monet part, mainly because of that incident at Marineford where Akainu wasn't hurt despite Marco attacking him with Haki. We don't know if that had something to do with Akainu using Haki, although if it did then it shouldn't have passed through him.
We don't know if Boa was coating herself in haki when getting hit though. Its a fair assumption but she may not be all that proficient in it. Like Rayleigh said usually people focus on one or the other and they seem pretty good at CoO.
As for the Akainu thing i talked about that in a different post and I don't know how much that has to do with this considering he would have had to use haki to not get hurt and since Marco was using it then that defeats the purpose of the question. Thanks for the Boa thing I forgot about it.
It doesn't matter if she wasn't proficient, at that time Luffy couldn't use Busoshoku haki at all, and still overpowered her. I'm applying the same logic to what you asked about a ridiculously strong guy with weak Haki attacking a guy with strong Haki.
Yeah but if he hit her in the stomach and she was already using it on her fists, she was hurting Luffy so it tracks, then maybe she didn't coat her stomach as Luffy hit her. If she isn't that good maybe its hard for her to have her fists and stomach coated at the same time. You see what I mean? Your argument is still valid though.
Fair point on the Boa hancock scenario but she never showed armament haki atall. Also haki is something they dont use all the time as it takes to much energy to do it doesnt it?
Haki just kinda increases your strength and defense... If your haki is weak, someone with a stronger force can still overpower you.
Coz if it's how you make it sound... If i have insanest coA.. Ill literally just stand and tank any haki or df attack. After all my haki is stronger
But tbh all this haki related questions are quite confusing
They certainly are. Makes your head go round and round going no, yeah, no, wait, aye, no.
What do you think?
