Also sakazuki and kuzan are both speculated awakened users, by how the permanently changed the island they used to battle (im sorry i forgot the name) so they could be awakened, i mean kuzan and sakazuki were both admirals, and sakazuki is now the fleet admiral. i dont see why they wouldnt. i would be dissapointed if sakazuki isnt an awakened user, but i would understand if borsalino and kuzan arent cuz they are both "lazy justice" you could call it, while sakazuki is extreme justice, doing whatever it takes to get to the end goal
