I think I gotta go with the Moku because I can fly, but also have intangibility. Yoru is close though because it is probably a top 3/4 sword. All of these are in close competition but Moku>= Yoru>Doku>=Zoan.
Remember that this is for real life, I dont see you using a giant sword or using venom in real life, and being a pteranodon is useful, but being smoke is better(for real life, for one piece the yoru)
Thats true also because the zoan not only allows you to fly but it probably gives a boost in physical strength, because at least I think Pteranodons are strong
