Honestly this is a lot harder of a question then i thought and this is for the current version of these locations, i mean Alabasta and Drum island is too extreme in the weather, Wano is basically North Korea Syrup Village and Orange town are small and nice but kinda boring, Goa kingdom looks like it fucking sucks, Jaya is a pirate town, and Skypia is a bit too high for my liking. And Little garden is too dangerous, Punk Hazard is WAY TOO EXTREME in weather, and Zou is a bit too dangerous and the floods are a pain in the ass.

Now my picks would be Totto Land, Dressrosa, Sabaody Archipelago, And Water 7.

So pros of Water 7 are: Super technologically advanced, got killer transportation, Looks and feels like Venice, is relatively safe.

Cons of Water 7: It has a massive flood every year which kinda sucks. It must be always wet there.

Now Pros of Sabaody are: Looks super fun, has those bubble things, has saboady park and concerts, And Shakky's bar.

Cons of Sabaody: I would be giving my money to people who openly and actively take part in slavery, you have to deal with celestial dick heads, and the place is kinda lawless.

Pros of Dressrosa: It looks beautiful, It has a nice royal family, it is a mix of spain and italy which is cool, overall pretty peaceful currently.

Cons: They are still probably repairing from when Doflamingo chopped up the whole place.

Pros of totto land: Has candy everywhere which is cool, you are relatively safe because an emperor is protecting you, you mainly eat candy which is cool.

Cons of totto land: Must be pretty sticky, the candy would destroy your teeth even if you brush daily, the emperor that protects you is unstable and could hunger pang attack, and not only would you be on the verge of diabetes at all times but your acne would be terrible since there is a mix of extreme sugar intake and i dont think there is much face wash in One Piece so yea you would have bad acne.
