TBH its a draw because he had shisui until Wano, but he had to learn how to cut steel to even beat Kaku and Shisui in the first place. Either way but I'm leaning towards steel 6/10.

With him defeating Ryuma zoro defeated a literal sword god so this one is easy

Hm, depends, one is more like acquiring a new weapon, one is realizing an ability. Personally, I tend to choose the daz bones one.

I think his fight with ryuma was cooler and a better fight but zoro had much more development in his fight with mr 1. Imo.

Shisui imo due to wano and his sword exchange.
