How does the ope-ope fruit kill people

We've all seen Law's ability to cut people in half, but in the end the people he cut in half are still alive in the room, so how does he kill people with his fruit?

On the fandom it says that the effects will linger after the room is down, so does he merely render his opponents unable to move or something?

I know!! I agree with you guys...

I'm just wondering why they have to remove these in Wano arc. Just complaining because it doesn't feel natural to me. It feels kind of dumbed down replacing blood spew with sakura disappearing effect.

I only said that as an attempt to mock the fact that they censor it out. The "kid" I was thinking of was maybe 3~4years old... Whatever is young and naive enough to believe so....

Bro the Sakura effect was awesome, and also i really dont care because blood is like nothing special to me. Also this show is not for kids, like holy shit even though people arent gushing blood out like it's attack on titan doesnt mean that this is for children, like people are being boiled alive, or assassinations, or a lot of death, or kids being drugged, or Dressrosa arc. Like yea the "its for kids" is kinda dumb

I honestly think that law not killing people is very befitting since he is a doctor, and the hippocratic oath. He even said that he prefer not killing unnecessarily when he fought hawkins

well, the gamma knife does an actual damage, and when it cuts stuff inside someone they are actually severed, instead of being practically "connected" just not attached, so yes.

Law kan do anything to kill his opponent

Something like break his opponent's heart, and make his opponent's body unable to move, yo his opponent will die because of thirst or hungry
