Now, let's talk about what I consider the best canon side story in One Piece and that's the CP9's Independent Report and wonder where are they now?
Unfortunately, Anime only watchers missed how CP9 survived and recovered since it's explained in a group of manga cover stories. The best ones in my opinion.
Now, to the point of this. We know where Lucci and Kaku are, but what about the rest of CP9? We know that every member of CP9 learned Haki in the time skip except Spandam (I'm not gonna mention him again), which means they've all gotten much stronger yet the only ones we saw in CP-0 are Lucci and Kaku. Where's Kalifa and the rest?
My guess is that they are also part of CP-0. Why would Oda mentioned that they all learned Haki and then forget about them? We've seen a couple of members but we do not know how many there are. I'm sure Lucci would not forget about them after all they went through to get him healed.
What do you all think? Will we never see Kalifa and co. again or are they part of CP-0?
