Kaido - Loses to luffy at the end of wano
Big Mom - Defeated by law. I have a feeling law won’t be nerfed to a support character, plus Him and kid have a rivalry to luffy and to be honest Law was the only one who doesn’t currently have a yonko he wants to specifically take down due to personal reasons
Shanks - Loses to kid as defeating shanks was kid’s original goal, and I want this to stir up a fight between luffy and kid
Blackbeard - Set up to be the last antagonist so far, so will probably be defeated by luffy
