Tsuru she was assigned to catch the Donquixote family although she failed she is still a vice admiral at the age of 76 and keep in mind Tsuru never reached pirate king level in her prime so she kept up her strength at the same level unlike Garp who got weaker(he is still one of the strongest marines at 78)

I think Bege is probably the most underrated of the Worst Generation but idk if he's slept on, but i think Edward Weevil is quite slept on. He's been compared to Whitebeard in his prime.

I would say Shirahoshi & Bege are in the convo also! By the way Nicholas bro, for a flashback character he certainly made his impact. That is what is most slept on about him & why I think he the most underrated.

Shiro Shiro no mi is a highly underrated fruit in general tbh. It's incredibly useful and imagine if Bege wanted to break someone out of Impel Down. Realistically he could break out nearly all the prisoners by putting them all in his fortress and escaping that way.
