Can we talk about how Kaido said rubber shouldn't be able to do what Luffy is doing. That along with the Gorosei talking changing the name of a certain df and saying it hasn't awakened in yrs. Does that mean it's Luffy's and we've seen its awakening or are seeing it being awakened?

Yeah, i talked about the same thing in the discord server. People weren't too happy about the idea 😅, not am i tho. We all want his awakening to be a big reveal and yuderon (a famous Japanese theorist) predicted that luffy will awaken his fruit in chapter 1043, the next chapter.

I dont think hes fully awakened it yet. But it seems like especially after Law and Kidd that it will be fully awakened soon.

I personally think that Gear 4 was Luffy’s fruit awakening. The description for it alone matches what an awakening is. Like Vijey said, we all want his awakening to be big and dramatic, not questioning wether it happened already..
