Since I can’t edit my post, I’ll tell you in my opinion. I think franky would win because even though he is slow. He can shoot laser beams, has strong armor, can make his arm longer, etc. brook is a fast swordsman, he can make his soul solid into ice and he can freeze anyone with it. However, franky can probably just shoot out fire from his mouth to melt the ice. That’s the reason why I think franky would win.
