GUIDELINES
Step 1: Create your own marine or pirate with a name. You can decribe him or her, where they live and or come from, age, race, what they look like, birthday and month, goals, bounty, if they're captain of the crew or first mate, 2nd mate, etc.
Step 2: Give your character a Devil Fruit if you so choose. Non-Canon/made up fruits are allowed but yah gotta give a short description about it if you choose too. Abilities, type, the awakening etc. If your choosing a canon fruit, then you don't have to give a decription.
Step 3 (Weapon of choice): The weapons can be based on real life weapons or weapons in One Piece. If you don't wan't to give your character a weapon, thats ok.
Step 4: Create your own pirate crew. The rules are simple
Rule 1: You can have 3 yonko commanders but can't have any Yonko (including Luffy)
Choices
One member from Whitebeards crew
One member from Kaidos crew
4 members from the Strawhat Pirates
Choose a current or previous admiral
One member from Big Moms crew (except for Big Mom)
Two member from any of the worst generation
Two member from the 7 warlords or previous (except for Mihawk)
A member from the revolutinary army (except for Dragon)
One member each from the Kid Pirates and Heart pirates.
Give your members roles. If their aren't any roles, either let them not have one at
all, have them share the same role with another member, or just leave some crewmates off so you'll have enough role (I suggest the second choice).
Choose a main ship to sail on (except Oro Jackson, and Noah).
Also, if you have someone with the same DF in the crew including you, that won't be allowed.

Appearance Pre Time-Skip: Imagine a golden snub nosed monkey wearing a white tanktop with a red sash and baggy pants wearing some black sandals/slides.
Appearance Post Time-Skip: To make is simple, imagine Gogeta but as a prime male snub nosed monkey that wears a brown monk necklace with golden fiery eyes, white bandages wrapped around both arms, a scar on the right side of his eye wearing a tan hooded cloak and usually seen smoking with a long black and gold smoking pipe.
Devil Fruit: Cloud Cloud Fruit, type: Logia. This fruit allows the user to become, create, and control clouds at will making the user a cloud mink. The user is able to create cloud like clones of himself and create a cloud like ride he is able to ride at high speed. The user is also able to stretch and expand his limbs as well. In its awakened state, the user is able to make anything he touches become clouds at will and freely control them. In its awakened state, the user is also able to control weather and is able to create all types of heavy winds, lightning, and storms since weather has its own elements.
Weapon of choice: Ruyi Jingu Bang. A master at using a heavy staff Wukong likes to use during some of his battles. Due to Wukongs awakening, he is able to turn his staff into a cloud staff and coat it in armament haki or conquerors coat it and freely expand and grow it at his will. He's also a master at hand to hand combat.
Sulong form: Like other minks, Wukong is able to become a sulong during a full moon.
Haki: All three types. Wukong has conquerors coating, advanced armament haki, and mastery over future sight.
Alias: Monkey King,Wukong.
Favorite food: Fruit, (mainly mangos), vegtables, vegetarian chili cheese ramen
Least favorite food: Meat
Loves: To have adventures, his crew, vegetable and fruit like products, outside friends, his teacher/master..
