People on Twitter think Luffy is stronger than Naruto now because he was an island level feat. Obviously that’s not true but where do you think he compares.
Strength: Luffy is at least island level now after making such a giant fist and probably closer to continental since he scales to Old Whitebeard and other Yonko.
To me this suggests he is close to Kcm and kcm2 Naruto who could similarly destroy large mountains ranges/ islands ect. Naruto after six paths could survive a laser which cut in half the moon so Luffy is way out of his league there.
Speed: Luffy was already reacting to light at the beginning of the timeskip. Kaido is probably faster than light at this point. which suggests he is way above anything Below Sage mode. I’d say Luffy is faster than Naruto was until the six paths mode.
Abilities: Naruto has many slicing and energy based attacks which gives him a strong counter. That said, Luffy’s haki can damage internal organs and he can ignore durability possibly with gear 5 considering he punched through Kaido. Contrary to some people I don’t think Luffy could just catch a rasenshuriken b/c the lightning catch probably has to do with his rubber body. That said he may be able to reflect it using the ground like against Kaidos breath.
My conclusion is Gear 5 Luffy is better than kcm Naruto but below six paths.
