I personally liked whole cake island better,simply for the fact it was shorter and did not cram a lot of characters into one arc.I also like luffy's fight with katakuri and the different forms of gear 4.I also like the scenery of whole cake island.

I liked Dressrosa better only because I can’t stand Big Mom, but Whole Cake did bring back Jinbe and that’s when he finally joined the Straw Hats. So it’s honestly a tough call for me.

Dressrossa had lots of impactful moments
