As we all know that the Celestial dragons are treated like gods (pretty much literally) they can do anything they want. I have been thinking why they have that type of authority even though they won't contribute anything to the world government at all, all they do is nothing but enjoy their life by oppressing others and getting what they want. Then why are they being protected by the world government, the only reason we know that they have started the world government during the void century or the blank century 800 years ago. I have been thinking that is this reason enough to treat the celestial dragons like gods. After thinking so much about it I came to a conclusion (not that everyone will agree with my conclusion and I agree with you if you think my theory is ridiculous anyway please read it completely I guaranty you it will be interesting) that the celestial dragons might not be normal human beings at all.
I came to this conclusion because most of the celestial dragons looks alike even their hair styles are alike if we think that they all might be of same clan but that won't be possible because they belong to different countries family of royalty at first place. And if we think that they are governing the world government but we have only seen the Gorosei doing that job. And when we thought that Gorosei are the rulers of the world, they bowed down to a mysterious person who the Gorosei called as Im-sama. Now without a doubt that he is the supreme in world government. If you think now after knowing that these people are only needed to rule the world government then why the celestial dragons are needed to be protected.
As from the point I am seeing the celestial dragons are being more of a hindrance to the world government because they are not contributing anything to the world government. Now the reason I said the celestial dragons might not be humans because there is a meaning in protecting them only if they are weapons, ( like human weapons or zoan users or who knows might even turn into dragons as their name suggests ) cultivating them till the time comes to unleash their power on the enemies of the world government by Im-sama. Even the celestial dragons themselves wouldn't know that they are human weapons as similar to that they couldn't even know that a person named Im-sama who is higher than the Gorsei was even existed. I could only thought about this because I had a feeling that our beloved Oda-sensei would do this in the future of ONE PIECE.
