Chapter 1052 seems to establish that adult Momonosuke has a really tough body now. I'm wondering how much of that is due to inheriting Oden's genes versus his Devil Fruit, or both? Was it ever established that Kaidou's toughness was partially granted by his DF? It would make sense. Dragon scale is considered one of the strongest things in the world across many fictional universes. So even in base form, Kaido should be somewhat tougher with the DF than without it.

In that case, Momonosuke could have Oden's body + the boost granted by the DF which would be pretty insane.
