Interesting lol. But most likely that -san is just a suffix to address others, for politeness. For the 3rd prince of germa66, the San in "Sanji" could've been the foreshadow.

No one really knew what Sanji referred to back then. China translated san to "mountain" , and Taiwan translated it to "smell good".

Yeah I do know it is just a suffix and the princes names are niji sanji etc but still fun to know
