To be honest this one I’m not so sure about, but maybe Enel, if he has time to concentrate his attacks and take advantage of ‘Flamingo. But again, Doflamingo is pretty slick in his moves and could catch up to Enel, but again, as I said, IDK.

Enel is op just in fruit, he's useless in everything else, Doffy has haki and can tank, so it shouldn't be much of a problem for him

For now it's Doffy as we haven't seen Enel grow in strength as we haven't seem him for a while

@Hereje015 see Doffy may tank smaller attacks, but he isn't tanking the Island Vaporizing attacks he's got. Eneru has island ending attacks and they don't seem to tire him at all.

Also people seem to forget the Observation Haki Eneru has, which can sense entire islands and hear everything everyone says at all times.

He has great Observertion Haki, his control of his fruit and creativity is insane, his raw power is what I'd put up there with Yonko who have their beast feats at ending islands.

And Lightning should move at 1 10th of Light speed and I don't think Doflamingo is 1 10th Kizaru speed.

Yeah, if Doffy gets a hit in Eneru is done for but Eneru just has this in the bag if he starts of being serious. If he isn't serious he dies, if he is serious he should take this pretty easily

Enel only takes fruit and maybe obs haki that is further strengthened by fruit

Unpopular opinion enel was a better villain than doflamingo
