In my opinion, the reason Sakazuki is saying that is because he can no longer just go and hunt them down like he did before

He's the Fleet admiral so now he has too many responsibilities and can't be leaving Marineford. this is why I've been saying we will never see him fight again unless they invade Marineford and nobody is going to do that

I think in the end he rebells against WG and CD. You don't have to agree with his "Absolute Justice" but its clear he stands for the greater good. Where as the WG and CD stand for power and tyranny

How about Law and his crew taking it to BB and his crew? Seems like we all severely underestimated his crew.
