Sakazuki and Kuzan will be expanded upon at some point. It will probably be when they show the reasons Kuzan is helping BB. I'm guessing Sakazuki let him live in order for Kuzan to infiltrate the BB pirates

I don't think we'll ever see Rocks' fight and we don't even know if Shanks and Kaido fought, something I doubt happened. They probably had a drinking contest or something

Sakazuki and Kuzan are probably gonna be in a future animated movie, where fans are going to argue for and against canon vs. non-canon....
