With Luffy achieving Awakening/Gear Fifth and it being stated that he prefers fighting in that state, to he point where he used during his rematch with Lucci when he definitely didn’t need to, do you think we’ll ever see Gear Fourth again?

Yes G4 will 100% show up again at some point. G5 drawbacks are worse than G4. plus G4 has its advantages... actually nvm I'm not sure anymore.
Maybe Snakeman since it seems to be faster than G5 so far
Bounceman was stated to be Luffy’s idea of how to counter opponents that are larger than him. He used it to take down one of the Numbers, and I think we’ll see it occasionally against mid-level opponents and the like. Kind of how we still the occasional use of Gear 2. In the upper level of fights in OP, fights can last for days. Conserving energy and only pushing yourself as far as you need to go to win is key.
@JustSomeDude... i think if we were going to see any of the other gears again, we would’ve seen them against Lucci. Because he really didn’t warrant Gear 5, and we all know that. I think Oda just likes drawing it more, and canonically it’s Luffy’s favorite form, so he’ll probably use it whenever he can
“He didn’t warrant gear 5 and we all know that”? I don’t know that. And talking like that in arguments is a surefire way to start a flame war. (So I won’t argue about it)
@JustSomeDude... we do know that though… lmfao. Even in his Awakened Form, Lucci didn’t actually warrant Luffy using Gear Fifth — he only used it because he likes using it. If you really want a hot take, I think Bounceman or Snakeman would’ve even been more than enough to handle Lucci.
