Bruh this ain't even fair. Doflamingo would win against Robin. The difference between Black Maria webs and Doflamingo's strings is vastly different. One can get you stuck (Black Maria) while the other one can literally slice you in two (Doflamingo). Plus, I don't think Robin can deal with Doflamingo's awakening which even Bounce Man Luffy had a bit of trouble against.

Honestly I haven't reach to this point but Doffy is a literal genius who has much more flexibility with his string ability than Robin with her flower fruit. Also I'm pretty sure his haki is insane so I feel confident that he wins

Doffy wins because he’s faster from what we’ve seen. He can attack first, and especially his awakening Robin can’t do anything about
