Just finished up Dressrosa so from where I’m at in the story Fujitora is the best admiral I’ve seen so far. He has one of the best fruits I’ve seen plus his idea of justice and the fact he’ll argue with even Sakazuki over it makes me like him the most. He’s powerful and a man of the people
I have that same sengoku photo one
Lol
I don't. Akainu, Aokiji, and Sengoku are deff some of my top favorites. I honestly like Akainu slightly more than Aokiji and Sengoku now thinking about it hard enough. The man represents what government power feels like to me. The man is ruthless and isn't afraid to off a marine if it means they run from war (which actually happens in real life wars), or if they waste his time in killing a potential dangerous pirate in his eyes ("cough cough" Koby). Yeah what Koby said was true, but you honestly can't blame Akainu for almost killing him since in the worlds eyes, Luffy is just a serious and dangerous criminal to them.
He isn't all this ruthless for no reason though. I honestly believe he had a really traumatizing backstory considering his huge hate for pirates. I'm sure Oda will go into his backstory at some point cuz if he honestly is this ruthless for no specific reason, I honestly would lose respect for him, so Oda, I hope you give this man a great but traumatizing backstory and execute it well. Knowing how we have or had characters that we first disliked but eventually liked/loved (Boa Hancock, Pudding, etc), I'm sure Oda can execute Akainu the same way with enough time. But yeah, Akainu is deff my favorite.
I love that people who like Akainu basically all say “yeah I really like him, I hope Oda gives him trauma.”
I think Fujitora or Aokiji. They’re the most human ones and I think represent most accurately what most people would do in the situations they’re given
Aramaki mad disrespected
Sengokus the one getting no love at all poor guy
@A Professional Idiot mk.2 Are you trying to talk smack? Bc clearly you didn't read or pay attention to the other details as to why I like Akainu. I don't like Akainu just bc he might have a horrible backstory, I like him bc he literally reminds me of real life government and their power over everyone else.
@Djmartin15420 Sengoku is low key underestimated a lot. I made a whole poll a day ago to see if people think he's underestimated or not.
I don't know why people want some "trauma" for Akainu, he does not need it, going by his picture as a child, the man is probably like me, grew up poor in a crime ridden neighborhood and saw what crime can do to it. Hating on criminals is just common sense.
Anyway, here's my list:
Sakazuki - Pure greatness
Borsalino
Sengoku
Aramaki
Kuzan
Issho
