I think haruta is a whitebeard pirates crew member or ally

Dr hogback is mostly unneeded as the crew has chopper who is a better fighter and doctor

Terry has a cool mustache

I was having a hard time between Haruta and Terry. Terry is just iconic for the famous Luffy vs Blackbeard seen when they debated on how good and bad the food was while Haruta is a former Whitebeard pirate and was an ally to Luffy when they was on the mission to free Ace from getting executed. In the end, I picked Haruta.
