Weevil's True Identity

I have a theory that Weevil is Rear Admiral Kadar.

He was recently captured by Aramaki and I think his his true identity will be revealed.

Aramaki has the ability to drain liquid from a human body. And was able to return Shinobu to how she looked 20 years ago. I think he will do the same to Weevil.

I think Weevil's scars hint that he was in Wano. The scar around his neck seems like it could have been inflicted by Queen's collar.

And the scar on his left arm looks like it could have been severed. The Mountain God was somehow reattached. I think maybe there is a Devil Fruit power that has medical applications similar to the Ope Ope no Mi that exists in Wano.

The reason I think him being in Wano is in important is because I think Weevil ate a SMILE and became an artificial zoan.

I think Weevil is an Awakened SMILE user which would explain why he is dim-witted.

Haki can overcome Devil Fruit abilities so I think Weevil will use Haki to return to normal.

I think there is a mystery surrounding Kadar. His ship got sank even though Fisher Tiger promised the Sun Pirates would spare them.

It was even reiterated that Fisher Tiger did not want the Sun Pirates taking lives. Which makes me think there is more to it.

I think Kizaru hearing the report about Weevil and hearing the report about Kadar 15 years ago is a clue to this.

I think Weevil is the pirate Shanks talked to the Gorosei about. I think it makes sense if the pirate is connected to them and the Shichibukai worked for the World Goverment. The meeting reminded me of Shanks' one with Whitebeard.

Naaa, they already hinted that Weevil was probably genetic made with Whitebeard Gens

And he is not that important to make Shanks go talk to the Gorosei talk about him ..

@Monkey.Dree I don't think my theory debunks Weevil being a clone I think it might add to it since Stussy also works for the WG.

Weevil did take out 16 former Whitbeard subordinate captains. I think that would fly under Shanks' radar since he was probably on good terms with them. In his fight with Kid it's revealed that Shanks does oppo research, so I think it's plausible he looked into Weevil because of his extraordinary claim, power and going after the former subordinate captains.

Added more tinfoil to my theory I think Weevil is important because he might be the man marked by flames. When the man marked by flames was first mentioned it panned in on Robin and Law. Law is infamous for supposedly being the mastermind behind the Rocky Port Incident. Which we know now is that Law stole the hundred pirate hearts he gave the government from Hachinosu.

But some of the details are strange. Koby became famous from that incident for saving civilian lives, but would Law really put innocent people in danger. Also Koby himself downplays his actions, In chapter 919 Law says something interesting, that it makes him sick when pirates help people. The Rocky Port Incident seems similar to the God Valley Incident and I think that it was hint he helped Koby save those civilians which is why Koby downplays it.

Also Blackbeard says something interesting as well he says it was because Koby he usurped Ochoku who ruled over Hachinosu. Ochoku is a legendary pirate who was with Rocks. Makes me wonder if Law would really attack it alone. We later find out that the Rocky Port was so damage that it just now repaired. Who is known for causing civilian casualties and destruction; Weevil.

I think it was Kadar who attacked Hachinosu. Like Garp Koby goes there to stop the devastation where he teams up with Law who already there. They both help the civilians. Since I believe Kadar is a an arfiticial zoan I think he awakened maybe in a fight with Ochoku which dulled his intelligence. Then Koby and Law respectiively get the blame praise and blame for it.
