How is it plot armor and not just him being durable?

He was massively weaker than Robin, who was massively weaker than Luffy, who wouldn’t have survived it.

There is no world in which he survives a city level attack POINT BLANK with just a broken leg

Why wouldn't Luffy have survived it? I mean, is it because he was already injured and poisoned and tired?

Luffy wasn't even durable enough to tank or even survive a huge bomb back at alabasta at this point of the story.

You know how pagaya survived enel's attack? Due to plot armor. Like literally authors will use plot armors to make characters survive in plot if they were shown not to be able to take a weaker attack than the attack that would kill them.

A good example of plot armors inconsistencies would be in naruto (includes The last: Naruto the movie and boruto spoilers but before the kawaki arc): In the last: Naruto the movie, he was literally able to tank toneri's attack which split the moon in half in bsm. (could be arguable that toneri's cutting ability was just weak and he was only able to cut it due to long range) But in Boruto, bro literally got knocked out unconscious by his daughter for a whole day by a gentle fist strike, later Momoshiki did the same attack on naruto but he didn't get knocked unconscious. Why? Due to plot armor.

You still haven't proven that the bomb would have killed Luffy

Also, the Naruto thing was a gag feat.

@Bcp321 Naruto getting knocked out by himawari was because he was prepared for it to be as strong as it was and got hit right on Kurama’s seal, which is why it also hurt Kurama.

Against Momoshiki, he was prepared for all the blows and was in KCM
