I would expect Rob Lucci to be able to defeat Queen given his position

Lucci is way too fast for Queen, has great attack power, has long distance attacks that Queen won't be able to see and can even fly. Lucci wins low-mid diff

I give it to Lucci low-mid diff.

I currently place Lucci at the tier between YC1 and admiral, around Zoro’s level on that tier.

The only issue I see him having is the snake thing because, unlike Zoro, he doesn’t rlly have a counter to that outside of just trying to avoid it

All around Lucci surpasses Zoro. I think Zoro has better ap but thats it.

Yeah I think he’s a bit above but not massively.

Like there’s still situations in which Zoro would win

Lucci is an assasin, he’ll go all out from the start probably, while Queen won’t, and his attacks are extremely agresive so he’d probably end it in 1 hit, but that doesn’t mean he’s insanely stronger, I don’t think Lucci is above the first commanders we’ve seem
