I've always been of the impression that there are many more D's out there that rise up during the final battle similar to the samurai in Wano with their tattoos.

The D is a secret initial so no telling how many have it. The question I have is: was Lily always a D or did she adopt it when she betrayed the WG or 20 kings?

One popular theory now is that Lili is actually Toki. This connects the Family to Wano and Zhou (who talk about bringing in the Dawn)

Another one I have heard is that Lili is the one who gave Imu eternal life, which is why the Cobra family resents the WH while being loyal, and still guards the poneglyph.
