So not only Luffy, Garp, Dragon, Roger, Teech, Xebec, Ace, Rouge, Saul, and Law are not only the members of the D family but also vivi and cobra!? what the actual hell.

I've always been of the impression that there are many more D's out there that rise up during the final battle similar to the samurai in Wano with their tattoos.

The D is a secret initial so no telling how many have it. The question I have is: was Lily always a D or did she adopt it when she betrayed the WG or 20 kings?
