New attack when Luffy learns rokushiki:

Luffy draws back his arm and punches it forward, utilizing the normal gomu gomu no pistol. He then reveals that he had a gun in his hand all this time, before shooting it at the enemy. It is then shown that his finger was inside the gun before he shot it, therefore shooting out is cut off finger. Finally, as the finger makes impact with the enemy, he uses Shigan, succesfully using Gomu Gomu no Pistol Pistol Bullet Bullet, at the expensive of his finger.
