Just looked back at it in the anime, and it looks like he was using haki…when he overwhelmed Zoro with that stroke and sent him into the mountain

If the fight happened ANYWHERE else, or if Big Mom went all out, Kid and Law would be dead

Law is King's biggest counter. His immense speed? Shambles. His durability? Gamma Knife. Or Shock Wille. Law would have a much easier time than Zoro because his abilities are far better for this than Zoro's were, and Zoro still won.
