I would go with Arlong park, yes post war was good because of the backstory and Aces and luffys development. But Arlong park had more emotion and when luffy put his straw hat on nami it showed that he cares for her a lot even tho she left.

Arlong Park is the first arc that really shows what One Piece is imo.

The series literally could’ve had that as its final fight and I wouldn’t question it, that arc was great.

Post war was basically just backstory
