Katakuri is legit in the middle of strength between Queen and Sanji. He's above Queen, but a bit below Sanji. Sanji's armament haki is probably equal to the strength of Katakuri's now after his genetic awakening when he stated that his armament haki is strong enough to endure blue flames. Katakuri still has superior observation haki compared to Sanji, and he also has conquerors giving him future potential since he's not in prison or dead.

Sanji’s Haki didn’t get boosted by his awakening.

He can handle blue flames with the combo of Exoskeleton + Haki, two separate durability boosts

Yeah it’s probably comparable since they’re both observation specialists

Katakuri has decades of experience but Sanji has central character power so it should more or less even out

Katakuri can do it like nothing

I don’t think Queen can touch Katakuri but I don’t think Katakuri wins easily.To me Queen had some pretty good durability especially in his dinosaur form. I say Katakuri wins high diff.
