What arcs is the live action version going to skip? What “strikes” is holding back the people making OP live action season 2? Did Zoro bring in a dead and the original Mr. 7’s body in a body bag into a bar somewhere like in the live action since Baroque Works was trying to recruit him? I can’t find the episode in the anime of when this event with Zoro happened.

No he did not
In the original storyline, Zoro and Mr. 7’s fight and Mr. 7’s subsequent death happened before the events of the main story (offscreen). The fight in the live action was just referencing that
Zoro vs Mr. 7 was explained by Oda in a SbS, and the live action decided to adapt that
They are making their own storyline, but season 2 probably gonna involve Loguetown and Alabasta Saga
They had to streamline most of the east blue. The whole thing with Mr. 7 foreshadows baroque works, introduces ZORO, provides material to build character for helmeppo later on, and introduces new viewers to what type of person Zoro is (an alcoholic, swordsman, with high honor and a soft spot for kids.)
Actually I kind of agree with this element being added for the most part (although Luffy's line later on about ZORO "protecting" the little girl is probably on the editing room floor somewhere, because that's not exactly what happened)
Ok I thought there was a scene with Zoro bringing in a bag with Mr. 7’s body in it when Baroque Works attempted to recruit him. But Ig that scene never happened.
Nah that's original to the live action.
The showrunner said that they won't be skipping any arcs.
