I think they can. Df always affect people clothes and awakened fruit can turn inanimate objects into their own material. I think if Franky ate the mera mera no mi, his arms would be made of fire too

Yeah devil fruits affect the user’s clothes and stuff, but they’ve never affected someone ELSE’S clothes

I would say it depends

1. If the user is the cyborg, probably yes

2. If the user isn't the cyborg, would depend on haki levels

This idea has made me think, if Franky could maybe make his arm “eat” a devil fruit (seeing as most of his arm isn’t actually him) then presumably he could “eat” roughly 6 manufactured zoan devil fruits.
