Hikari Fukuda, his family (the Fukudas) are the direct descendants of Tsukuyomi, the Japanese goddess of the Moon
Backstory (Rough outline): The Fukuda’s are some of the most legendary blacksmiths in the world. Everyone knows about them, the World Government included, they have tried so hard to recruit the Fukudas. But the Fukus always refused due to them being a neutral party in this whole ordeal. Hikari was born to this family of blacksmiths, his father taught him at a very young age about the ins and outs of blacksmithing and the importance of being kind to the forge. Hikari has always been a big fan of pirates, including the Straw Hats mostly because of Roronoa Zoro. As he grew he started training to become a swordsman, unfortunately he only had one sword while Roronoa Zoro had three, but that didn’t stop him. One day two meteorites crashed through the roof of the Fukudas house, Hikari took the meteorites, melted them down, and forged them into swords.

Personality: Hikari is an emotionally smart, kind, and nice person. That being said however, he knows when to take things seriously, when he’s serious he becomes a lot like Zoro, he becomes ruthless and even a bit sadistic, smirking when he’s enjoying the battle and the opportunity to fight a strong adversary.
However he still remains stern and calculating when he’s in combat. He, like Zoro, does not hesitate to use lethal / deadly force to deal with an opponent. Just like Zoro, he is intimidating and frightening most of his adversaries when in combat. He cares deeply about people, and he has a strong will to never give up.
