I am still of the opinion that there are a number of powerful D's laying low in the world waiting for Nika to reappear. Similar to the samurai in wano with their tattos waiting for the Scabbards to return so they can rise up.

Aramaki and Issho were just chilling because they weren't in position of power. They weren't even marines before the draft. On the other hand the Gorosei has the highest authority in WG and you mean to tell me that these 5 "Yonko level" characters were just talking and sipping tea in Marijoe?😅

The Gorosei ruling by the shadows and using the Navy as their moving piece is more of a proof that they're schemer and not this op top tiers. They were also afraid of angering Kaido and not to mention the God's Knights exists which conserns Dragon more so than the Gorosei.

Again I'm not saying the Gorosei are incompetent fighters, but going by the story so far the Admirals are still the WG's biggest assets in terms of fighting power. Who knows this could change the next chapter only time will tell.

@Old Druid they couldn’t have the admirals in the room because then it would be known that they were meeting with pirates, which would be VERY BAD.

Not to mention that a fight between a Yonko and Admiral would basically destroy the entirety of Mariejois and kill all the Celestial Dragons, which they DONT WANT

I think Saturn after seeing his awakening is one of the strongest one piece characters since hes one of the Gorosei, I think hes even stronger then the Admirals, G5 Luffy or even someone Kaido or Shanks along with the other elders

@A Professional Idiot mk.2 I see your point but it makes no sense for any of the Gorosei to have these type of titles or be portrayed to be THIS strong, If they are just in between YC1 and Admiral, I also have the same feeling for Figarland Garling, I think hes also a very strong character the way hes being portrayed, Leader of Gods knights and Champion of God Valley is enough to give me an Idea of how strong that man

He literally hasn’t done anything but kill some unnamed fodder marine and get stabbed in the chest by Bonney.

The new chapter spoilers would actually prove wrong of what u just said about Bonney injuring Saturn, We can talk about it later because the chapter isnt officially released, But its not like any other One piece top tier can blow off some normals guys head after they look at them

And he didnt kill that Marine like he wanted too, That fodder just glimpsed at him and he died

I think the Gorosei will be comparable to like… Law or Kid. Maxed out devil fruits but not great Haki.

Maybe the sword guy will have good Haki
