The "unconscious" thing is just Oda's exaggeration in making others lose will. He did similar with observation and armament. But conqueror's haki application doesn't always need to be this extreme. In the pilot episode, Shanks supposedly used conqueror's to scare the sea monster away, essentially making the monster lose the will to fight. It's the "quality" that comes with having that ability. The extreme application would be useful only in a handful of situations.

Think about it! Asserting dominance in a work meeting just a few times might just earn one the opportunity for promotion.

But if I'm in army or police, armament would be very useful.

Because I can see what's coming next before it happens, it's useful in every day life. Say that something's about to fall down, you can tell and grab it before it does. How are the other two more useful than that?

The other ones are mainly fighting based, and observation has a bit more use than that

@Monkey.Dree conqueror’s coating is LITERALLY only useful for offense, and you’d blow up the country you’re in if you used it for that.

And knocking people unconscious with your presence isn’t exactly useful in day to day life

Armament haki for sure like if I got shot I can tank it

With observation haki I'm just gonna see myself getting shot and know I'm about to die

Idk why you would choose conq haki it's mid all its good for is raiding the military but its not gonna make you immune to weapons

I legit just want to KO everyone in the room with conq. haki. Just release it so strong that people drop uncoscious and wake up like 5 minutes later to me coming back into the hotel lobby and knocking them out again.
