@L725 Arashi is how it sounds in Japanese and that's for every fruit for example the Mera Mera no Mi is what flame sounds like in Japanese

Like, since the user of it could control whether they control wind, clouds, lightning, and rain, they could even summon hail of any size. If the cloud was big enough, like a meteor-sized piece of hail, then I’m going to guess that, like Smoker can turn into pure smoke and back into human form and stuff, the user of the Storm-Storm fruit could do the same—going into a form. Well, if they can control every part of the weather, could they go into different forms? Like one second lightning, then a cloud, and then into pure wind? Wind's a part of weather too, so what would they look like going into a non-human form type of thing? Could they just pick between different element forms, like lightning shaped into something that resembles how they look in human form? You know what I'm saying, right? Also, can they just summon elements out of their body? Like one second they can shoot heavy wind out of their palms, and the next they're shooting lightning, just like that ear lobe guy. If they can turn into pure lightning, can they go as fast as he can when he does? And one more thing—rain's a part of weather. Can they just use rain against another devil fruit user and weaken both themselves and the other devil fruit user? I know you didn't want this to mean anything, but I'm in need of an answer for some reason.

@Caden Waden well, if you must know, yes not only they can control weather, they can turn themselves into one. In fact, the only way to create weather is by turning to one. The size of hails depends on how big could the user created much. Yes, the user can turn into various forms of weather, as you said, lightning, cloud, & wind. Also they can turn into all of them at once, if that user master it completely. Yeah they can some different elements out of them. Although I’m not sure if the user could use all them at once. But doesn’t hurt to try, hehe, right? Anyway, for lightning, as people say “speed of lightning bolt” I know for sure the user can be fast as one. As for rain, yes it can weakened the user & other Devil fruit user, since water, including the sea water, IS still weakness to ALL DF users. Meaning it can also weaken that user’s powers. One more thing, since the user can control weather, they can also control a certain Homie himself, Zeus, since even though he was given a soul from Big Mom, he’s still technically part cloud, so unless Nami’s the one who has that fruit, both her & Zeus better watch out.
