I personally believe yes because if Luffy was In Gear 5 mode I believe the admiral sakuzuki would be either dead or injured which means ace would not fight the admiral therefore he survives and has no hole in his stomach.

I would say 90.32% he will. Even if Luffy can’t defeat Sakazuki that easily, but he could still keep him distracted til ace and the others escaped then him. The other 9.64% that Ace may not make it out alive. But hey, a 90 is still an A
