To be fair lokia users would be op in the Blues I mean sure everybody goes to the Grand line to prove something but if you're smart you want to be Top Dog and with a logia and somewhere like the north south West or east blue there's not only a limited amount of people with hockey but also a limited amount of people with devil fruits in comparison to the Grand line
