Here's a fandom top 100, character positions are based on my polls, so it's not coming directly from me. My ranking is different.

How is Shiki above big mom

Shiki relative to prime sengoku, prime garp, and Roger. In fact its stated that he was equal to Roger and would've beat him.

The following characters should be ranked higher, shanks, mihak and roranora Zoro

Shanks and Zoro are already too high, and Mihawk is kinda fine where he is

Doffy not even being on the list
