Shanks and luffy can;t beat the whole navy and shanks is significantly weaker without his conquerors

The strawhats get wiped by the admirals and so do the shanks’s crew since they can’t stand up to 5 admirals and to add they got old garp which can take some people. And zoro gets killed and wouldn’t matter bout his stamina

If this is an FFA then Prob Shanks and Luffy, since zoro wouldn't attack Luffy, and those 3 would just gang the admirals and Hashirama, unless Hashirama teamed up with the Admirals

Admirals wipe them since its the 3 of admirals and then greenbull and fujitora

Tough one. Hashirama could win but Luffy and Shanks as well as their crews could get it done. It could go either way tbh.
