Ace can clearly block attacks from him, as well as damage him and keep up with him in speed. So Ace~Casual WB. Meaning Ace has plenty enough speed to overwhelm Katakuri, not even including how he could use his devil fruit to do that as well.

And Ace also has future sight. Meaning Ace is now stronger than katakuri (hurt and did damage to a yonko, something that somebody relative to katakuri in strength could not do), faster than katakuri (kept up with a yonko, which is something that somebody who could keep up with katakuri could not do), and has future sight. Meaning he can just see where Katakuri will open his body and attack elsewhere. Or engulf katakuri in flames. In fact Ace can do what katakuri does.

And for more speed feats, he could intercept an attack from akainu (who could tag WB, who could intercept attacks from kizaru). Ofc ace kinda died from the attack but he was fast enough to "block" an attack from enraged sakazuki.

@The person with a username I forgot Ace had Future sight. But aside from that Ace still loses to Katakuri. Future sight is Kuri specialty. Combined with his DF versatility,awakening,and his usual calm demeanor Ace is most likely to lose.

I think Katakuri is more proficient in Haki. The Ace light novel isn’t canon so I’m going to assume he can’t use his haki very well. Though he was very proficient with his Devil fruit, Katakuri awakened his.

Also df versatility is useless if you can't hit any of your attacks or you just get over powered witch ace can easily do since he overpowered a healthy old causal white beard attack. Fraudkuri isn't even touching ace
