Tbh if its here Id go with Kaido because of his durability, stamina, endurance and overall Haki, Shanks wouldn't be too far behind too and Whitebeard would be number 3 Imo because when he got older he very strong and his feats on Marineford were very impressive but he was much stronger during his Prime so heres my rank
