I picked cracker. Honestly it’s a hard choice cause their df powers are a bad matchup for cracker. His Biscuits are weak to moisture and her power is literally to wring moisture out of anything. But in terms of strength I don’t see her taking it. Like they said before me cracker fought gear 4 bounceman and won. Meanwhile smoothie fought about even with reiju. And reiju was heavily implied to be weaker than sanji imo. And even if she were at least as strong as sanji it’s still not half as impressive a feat of strength as defeating gear 4 bounceman

Whether we've seen Smoothie fight or not is irrelevant, just like Marines do, pirate crews also have ranks and Smoothie is above Cracker, she is the second Commander while Cracker is the 3rd.

Linlin gave Smoothie a higher rank therefore she is stronger. She also has a higher bounty by about a hundred million, yes, bounties do not equal power, but they are factor we can take in, especially with a character like Smoothie who we have barely seen fighting.

By feats (seems to be the general rule for most people here), it's cracker. By narrative, it's Smoothie.
