Nothing wrong with stating facts. Pacing is horrendous despite the great animation.

Edit: This also isn't the animators' fault or the directors. The blame goes to the Toei executives who refuse to switch to a seasonal format.

Think of it this way. Life is paced terribly, nothing big happens for months and then something pops up and it’s rlly Kool or rlly rlly bad. The pacing is a metaphor for life.
