Egghead and Dorry and Brogy ask the Strawhats “ where’s that Blue haired girl that was with you”? The Strawhat then get sad and then Dorry says “ isn’t that her falling from a tea pot in the sky”

Vivi definitely is close by I think Oda hinted that when he showed that panel of Vivi and Morgans ease dropping on Luffy call with the Gorosei. I would think you’d have to be somewhat close to the target to use a black den den mushi
Vivi might reunite with the Straw hat Crew because if we backtrack a lot to Arabasta arc, she was a important and useful character. Well, let’s suppose that Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Usopp, Nami, and Chopper all still the X on their arm, this will prove that they are still loyal to Vivi and Karoo ( our favorite duck ).
