Yeah he’s strong but there’s still a gap. Becoming an emperor doesn’t mean you’re as strong as the other emperors. Buggy is an emperor and his strength hasn’t changed much since the east blue

Well luffy is the one who loses first for sure.

Shanks is the strongest individual.

Blackbeard has the best battlefield control.

Kizaru is the best at movements.

Luffy has a time limit so he is 4th.

Shanks>BB>Kizaru>Luffy

Nah with what he's doing in latest chapters I'd put him above kizaru and greenbull

@Yamamoto10320 That time limit is insane though. Kizaru's durability is honestly good enough to hold out against all of these characters. Luffy would lose solely on that limit.

Luffy fought with Kizaru one time and they were equal. Maybe you could argue that Luffy was a bit stronger.

The second time ( the pizza fight I mean) was not actually a fight. Kizaru killed VB and luffy cought him . As simple as that.

Also this is a free for all. It isn't a 1v1. Luffy's stamina issues put him in major disadvantage here.

So it is inevitable that he will be the weakest in this situation.
