@Fusion D King no its ok ping me all you want
This might be a hot take but if its just old whitebeard without sickness I say he wins extreme diff. Remember, characters dont get weaker with age (other factors like stamina and being rusty do apply) and the only reason whitebeard is exempt from this is because he was bedridden with cancer. So I think he kept atleast 70-80% of his strength that allowed him to go toe to toe with Roger. He also kept his haki prowess.
Basically, shanks~old whitebeard in haki. But whitebeard also has the most powerful paramecia, giving him the edge. Too bad there isnt enough info on post prime wb for this to be any more than speculation but im just tryna give evidence for the claim.
Shanks high diff MF Oldbeard
Healthy or On meds Oldbeard - wins (extreme dif)
You have a point, characters when getting older aren’t so fully nerfed besides in Stamina and R/Speed, And yes Shanks > Whitebeard for Haki but Whitebeard definitely takes strength and durability and endurance
Good take
Idk who to pick
Just pick any 😅
I think Shanks takes this mid-high diff, WB had no haki and his speed and strength was limited. It would be unlikely for WB to land many incredible hits on Shanks, whereas Shanks would be able to use a fraction of his haki and damage WB easily.
...no haki?
Then what's this?
Sorry abt the low quality from the internet, but this scene clearly shows their Haoshoku haki is nearly even in strength
That was him putting everything he had into a conq clash, he still preferred not to use any haki throughout all of marineford, the only time he would’ve and could’ve used it was his Akainu head slam. He couldn’t even muster enough conquerors to stop the executioners so Luffy did it instead.
Defs shanks. If Whitebeard was in his prime, then him but shanks take this home because his conquerers Haki is very powerful
What do you think?
